The short version
We collect what we need to deliver your assessment and run this site — your name, business details, questionnaire answers, email, and basic payment confirmations. We never sell your information, never share it with advertisers or data brokers, and never use your business details to train public AI models. You can ask for your data to be deleted any time.
Free mini-assessment
When you take the free mini-assessment we collect: your first name, business name, industry, your answers to the 7 questions, and your email address. We use them to generate your results, email you your mini-assessment, and send a short follow-up email sequence about your results. Your answers are reviewed by Albert Bereti (the founder), the one person who writes your report.
Paid assessments ($297 report)
When you buy: your name, email, and payment confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. During the assessment: what you tell us about your business in the questionnaire and voice conversation, so we can write your report. Used for one thing only: delivering your assessment — the call, the report, the walkthrough, and the emails around them.
LinkedIn ghostwriting
If you subscribe to our LinkedIn content service, we collect what we need to write in your voice: your LinkedIn posts, voice memos you send us, your voice profile answers, and your profile details for profile rewrites. We keep active clients’ material for the duration of the relationship so posts stay consistent with your voice; after cancellation we keep it for up to 12 months, then delete it — or sooner if you ask.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CJYP6Q6SSL) to understand how visitors use this site — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how far people scroll. This helps us improve the site. Google may set cookies for this purpose. You can opt out anytime with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Who processes your data
We don’t handle most of this ourselves — we use these processors, each with their own privacy policies:
- Stripe — payment processing (card details never touch our servers).
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers questionnaire leads and answers to our inbox.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 site analytics (see above).
- Gmail — our email inbox for leads, follow-ups, and support.
How long we keep it
- Leads (free mini-assessment signups who never buy): up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records (paid assessments, ghostwriting clients): kept for the duration of the relationship plus 12 months, for support and reference — then deleted.
You can always ask for earlier deletion: email thatseasier@gmail.com and we’ll delete your data.
What we never do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don’t use your business details to train public AI models. We never contact your customers. Your report is yours.
Governing law
We’re based in Ontario, Canada, and this policy is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Significant changes get a notice on this page.
